Being Congruent?

Congruent in the broadest sense refers to agreement. Agreement that things are consistent. Being congruent is way harder than what it seems.

Do you see?

Being congruent is hard work. Before you laugh at the above-mentioned example, will you please take a few moments to reflect on your own life and see where you are challenged to remain congruent?
