I spent nearly 30 years of my life on stage. Believe me this is a topic I know a lot about. However this is an entirely new way of looking at “The Stage”. Instead of applause, we are now getting much more valuable feedback. Not just mere approval. Every interaction counts. More so now then ever.

Great point made, Rajesh.

Using social media and email can either hurt you or it can further your cause. Going the “last mile” and really making a sincere effort to respond to someone/notify/update/etc can really enhance your brand and allow you to satisfy the investment of others.

A good thing to keep on our minds as we make comments or interact on amazing blogs [cough], social networks, etc
