He would write down the positive sides on the left and negative sides on the right. Sooner or later, one side would prevail and the decision is much easier to take. I have taken a couple of right decisions at the wrong time which basically made them wrong decisions... Whatever it is timing of decisions makes the same decision right or wrong...!!!
