this is one of the best blog posts i have ever come across. simple, short and sweet, but power-packed with a punch!

I think nice should never be disregarded, but you do have to work smart. Be wise about how you are nice and you will have power too. You don't need to give up one or the other.

I love the idea of this, but it's hard to gain power when people automatically judge you as nice and therefore a pushover. How did being nice get such a bad reputation? How do nice people also get respected as powerful?

i rajesh,
to me this article was like an aha! moment. it was nice and powerful. it is so important to keep moving positively on both the axis and hv a balance there.

I think there`s no guarantee you will be alway loser or a winner, except one thing – your wish. If you must wish that happen And you are right about the niceness – one smile and gentle behavior can open you more doors than anything else…
