There are numerous UNATHORISD credit card charges that they charge you. As bad, they require you to OPT-OUT of their promotions. i.e. if you dont pick up your email, they will charge you. SERVICE is non-existant. Don't expect to talk to anyone when you dial their number. There web packages are slow too! Do NOT use this web service. They put me on an auto-upgrade plan that added me onto every new service they created. While it is inexcusable, I should also note that they were very quick to take off the "upgrades" and refund my money with one phone call. I was also a victim of this scam. They actually realize that people find "opt out"'s annoying, but choose to retain that policy, if one can call it that.
