		<description>Agree with most of your points except a few things in the last one. While it&#039;s true that benched engineers might become vegetables, there are thousands of other people working harder and harder trying to meet deadlines, trying to prove something, and I believe they can be very well compared to the &#039;true&#039; silicon valley when it comes to working extra hours may be more, but there is no innovation or articulation in execution.
Wish everyone in the IT services sector thought of this and converted hardworking engineers in to innovative think tanks.</description>
