Remember that you didn't have to take giant steps to reach your goal. You can start small and progressively increase your commitment. Make a promise to yourself that you can keep and KEEP IT. If I reflect this on myself, I know I do have a goal, I am also figuring out that I am not doing enough to get to that goal, neither have a clue how to do it in the best possibly manner.
