Mentors and guides are so very necessary in life. The first time I came to Norwich, I had no clue of where I was, where are the different shops, what are the customs etc. One of my collegues helped me with it and I became comfortable. I guess the most difficult thing is to find the right mentor, who is really keen/interested in our growth and that is definitely like a needle in the haystack search. :-) Balaji M Raj,
