		<description>I have to agree that accoutability works very well with unsecured loans. Althought the amounts are small, the whole concept of belonging to a group or a team whose credibility is determined by each individual member enhances payback and decreases default rates.
If you do some study into the ancient chinese method of small loas called lu-hui the concept was even present there thousands of years ago</description>
