Rajesh:
Your blog and ideas are excellent!
I came across your blog through Seth Godin's blog and I have to tell you that your ideas resonate very well with me.
Thanks,
Sunil.

In the past, I struggled with giving this honest feedback to people, because I was sometimes afraid that if I spoke honestly, I'd disappoint them or even drive a wedge in our friendship.
I've since learned to cherish those friends who are willing to look me in the eye and ask questions that cause me to challenge my assumptions.
When someone takes the time to ask "Dude, what are you thinking?" they're showing that they genuinely care about me and my success/happiness. If they didn't care, they wouldn't say anything.
That's helped me become able to offer constructive criticism more clearly to those people whom I care about.
