Great questions for first time entrepreneurs. You really point out the fact that first time entrepreneurs, or even repeat entrepreneurs, need to THINK before diving into a new business. A little planning goes a long way.

Good questions Rajesh – couple of more things come to mind:
1. What is your mission and vision for the company – where would you like to be in 5 years/10years and what impact will your company have on your industry/society/world/etc.
2. How will you measure the impact your company has on not only shareholders but also socially, culturally and environmentally – prepare an audit for each of these as you would for any financial audit.
3. How will you encourage creativity and innovation to flourish in your venture – will you reward ideas and dissent or will you end up running a one-idea dictatorship?
