Thanks for the question Manoj. Actually, I meant Budget. If Budget had collected information from their most frequent customers about their preferences and went out of their way to ensure that Doc did get the car of his choice, they would have made his day…

I was confused when I read the last line that said…”Of course, Budget had to walk the extra mile to get there and they didn’t ”
I presume by ‘they’ you meant the other car companies and not Budget.
